"Enjoy" is what the book says.. I wouldn't say I "enjoyed" myself, haha! :p

Beef: lean cuts such as sirloin, tenderloin,
Poultry: (skinless) cornish hen, turkey sausage, turkey and chicken breast
Seafood: all types of fish and shellfish
Pork: boiled ham, canadian bacon
Veal: (I don't think I have any mini veal)
Lunchmeat

CHEESE! yeay! (but only fat-free or low-fat, boo!)
cheddar, cottage cheese, cream cheese, feta, mozarella, parmesan, ricotta
NUTS! almonds, cashews, pistachios, macadamias, peaunut butter, peanuts

Eggs.. use of whole eggs is not limited unless otherwise directed by your doctor
Dairy.. milk (fat-free or 1%), yogurt

Tofu
Vegetables and Legumes.. artichokes, tomatoes, brocolli, eggplant, cabbage, beans.
Fats! ... oil, canola and olive

Spices and seasoning... all spices that contain no sugar (boo!)

I love roasted pumpkin at any time, but the marinade for the beef was absolutely divine and made a potentially ordinary salad something special - especially as the spinach sadly wasn't the freshest.
